Position duties
As a Change Manager you will partner with business stakeholders to support change initiatives across the organisation, implementing an enterprise approach to managing the people side of change. You will conduct change analysis and assessments for programs and projects informing change management plans and communications. You will be responsible for identifying integration points, linkages and dependencies across different initiatives, and feeding Intel into the enterprise view of change.

For this role, we will consider how well you:
  • Establish positive working relationships with key stakeholders to create buy-in for change management, influencing outcomes and decision making.
  • Conduct change management analysis and assessments to produce tailored and fit for purpose change plans and communications.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and stakeholders to build change management capability in an ambiguous and evolving environment.
  • Communicate effectively, including written comms, developing tools and templates, and facilitate workshops or training sessions. 
  • Identify dependencies across the business and opportunities for integration.

Position Eligibility Requirements
The remuneration package includes a base salary and funded 15.4% superannuation. Employment with DHA is conditional on successful applicants demonstrating that they are an Australian citizen, meeting the required medical standards, and obtaining and maintaining a security clearance at the required level.
