Who are we?

DHA is committed to our purpose of providing housing, and housing related services, to Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families to support Defence capability. We do this through:

• providing and managing a portfolio of housing
• partnering with Defence to shape and administer housing policy
• providing housing services to ADF members and their families.

• property provisioning roles in our sales, leasing & acquisition teams
• building and construction roles in our technical, heritage and upgrades teams

• IT roles in our service desk, development, programming and cybersecurity teams

How the temporary employment register works

Applications for the temporary register are assessed on an as-needs basis and will only be reviewed if a suitable vacancy arises. In your application, you can nominate which business areas and APS/DHA classifications you are interested in. Once you have finalised your application you may be considered for upcoming temporary employment opportunities that are relevant to your skills and experience. DHA will contact you if a suitable vacancy becomes available.
