Salary Range:
$97,587 to $112,189 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation

DHA was established in 1988 following passage of the Defence Housing Australia Act 1987 (DHA Act) to provide adequate and suitable housing for, and housing related services to, members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and their families. DHA manages an expanding portfolio of housing solutions and provides housing for over 17,200 ADF members and their families and has an opportunity for an experienced Research and Data Analyst to join the team.

About your team

The Business Planning and Research Services team, within the Chief Financial Officer’s Group is responsible for the delivery of a performance framework providing strategic direction, alignment, and collaboration across the organisation, with a clear line of sight through all their planning and reporting activities.

 

About the role

DHA is seeking an experienced Research and Data Analyst with a proven track record of conducting quantitative research and statistical analysis skills, including the design and validation of survey projects.

In this role you will Conduct research as part of DHA’s in-house customer satisfaction survey program, including survey design, sample selection, collection of results using a survey tool, data preparation and analysis. You will deliver research and analysis projects, applying expertise to deliver insights that support evidence-based decision-making.

Our ideal candidate will have a flair for visually displaying research results and ideas.

The role is responsible for contributing meaningfully to the delivery of survey and data informed insights into members of the Defence Force and their families, providing specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders to support decision making and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
