Salary Range: $88,781 to $96,474 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation
About us
Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is a Nationally Recognised Government Business Enterprise with the primary role of providing housing and related services to Defence and their families. DHA manages one of Australia’s largest national housing portfolios of about 17,000 properties and has an opportunity for an experienced Leasing and Acquisitions Manager to join the team.
About the role
There is one opportunity for an ongoing position to be based in either our Canberra or Wagga Wagga office, and we are seeking to form a merit pool for future opportunities.
DHA is seeking a motivated self-starter with ideally a proven track record of achievement in sales and/or business development to join the DHA Leasing and Acquisitions Team.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in property or a related field, with experience in leasing, sales, and/or business development all desirable.
The role will be responsible for a range of activities including working as part of a team managing a portfolio of leased properties, identifying and converting new business leads and prospecting for new potential properties to add to the DHA portfolio via direct negotiation with property owners.
